Famous Tillamook Ice Cream
Went back to the beach at the end of the day and the sand castle was still standing!
This morning I started the day with a 9 mile run averaging 7:15min/mile. Definitely can feel the extra oxygen. I finished my run at Rockaway Beach where Esteban and the kids were building a huge sand castle. Then we went back and took a ton of family pictures. The rest of the day we spent at the Tillamook Cheese Factory. The ice cream was of course the best part...oh yeah, and the squeaky cheese!
Tonight was Clam Chowder Night!!! I think I made 6 times my normal batch size. I used fresh clams, canned clams and 2 full crabs. there was a ton of meat in it and we served it in a cooler because there was so much. LOVE IT!!!
