Oregon...Day 1 July 23rd, 2011

This is the tide pool that fills up and empties twice a day. It is a 20 second walk out of our cottage and it is pure heaven for the kids. If we ever wondered where the kids were this is where we would find them. It is very safe because it only gets like three feet deep when it fills up.

That is one monster crab! It blew away Washington's measuring requirements!!!

Who needs a boat when you can throw the ring out that far??? :)

After lots of mind changing and bumps in the road our WHOLE family actually made it to Oregon. We had a blast! I have pages and pages in my own journal so as usual it is going to be captions and subtitles. That's how people like it best anyways. We took off Friday evening so we could enjoy Saturday in Oregon rather than driving all day...so we drove all night. Esteban and I split it up and it was long but we made it their early Saturday morning. We threw our crab nets in as soon as we got there.
